Roasted Turmeric Chai Cauliflower

Ingredients

This Roasted Turmeric Chai Cauliflower recipe is of our favourite go-to recipes for the whole family! It’s super tasty, filling and full of fibre and nutrients!

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons of curQoneÔäó Turmeric Chai powder (Get yours HERE >>>)
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large cauliflowers
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ┬¢ teaspoon salt
  • ┬¢ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 small chili, chopped fine
  • Coriander to taste

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 220┬░C.
  2. Wash each cauliflower, chop into small florets and place them on a large baking tray.
  3. Mix the coconut oil, curQoneÔäó Turmeric Chai powder, salt, pepper, chili and garlic in a large bowl and then coat each
    cauliflower with the mixture.
  4. Place in the oven and roast until browned and tender, 15 to 25 minutes.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the cauliflower.
  6. Top with Coriander to taste
