With yoga, movement, sound healing, mindfulness, rebirthing breathwork, self care workshops and plenty of time in the beauty and surroundings of Noosa’s amazing bushland, we will serve you with a scrumptious Organic Plant Based Menu and provide you the opportunity to be surrounded by new friends… people who are just like you…

Agenda for your Renew Retreat
WELCOME
As you arrive, you will be greeted by your Reignite Hosts who will prepare you for the day ahead. You will have the opportunity to take some time to connect with your fellow attendees and immerse yourself into the energy of the Retreat before we embark on a journey into self renewal and self care.
YOGA, BREATH and MEDITATION INFUSION
Your Yoga session is a 2 hour fusion of Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation interwoven with the energy and needs of the group on the day. You will be taken on a powerful journey to let go of any stresses throughout your body, drawing attention to your energy flow and bringing your mind, body and soul into alignment and ease.
REBIRTHING BREATHWORK
Your Rebirthing Breathwork session is a journey into higher states of awareness. This session allows you to focus on the simple power of your breath whilst moving life energy throughout your body. Rebirthing Breathwork can be a powerful modality to let go of what is no longer serving, and making room for the new.
SELF CARE WORKSHOPS
Hosted by Reignite founder, James Yates, your self care workshops are empowering educational immersions providing you with practical tools to help you to unlock your potential and to step into your own power. This session will include tools and techniques that you can apply into your life with immediate effect.
MOUTH WATERING FOOD
We serve you a Mouth Watering Organic Plant Based Menu which is curated by local chefs and cooks on the Sunshine Coast using locally sourced produce.
Take some moments to ground and integrate over lunch with your fellow Retreat attendees whilst consuming a great meal that will leave your taste buds going wild.
SOUND HEALING
Sound has a magnificent ability to heal, relax and renew.
Your sound healing experience will provide you the opportunity to take some time to simply be. With a local sound healer providing you a space and a place to rest your mind, body and soul, you will experience pure and utter bliss.
BEACH SESSION
After a complete renewal experience, there is nothing better than to breathe in the salty air, feel the wind on your skin and to move with like minded people, to share of your experiences of the day and to set your intentions for your journey back at home.

He specialises in human optimisation & conscious entrepreneurship and has worked extensively with a wide range of high achieving individuals and corporations to improve and amplify both their personal and professional performance.

Our menu is a 100% Plant Based (Vegan) and Gluten Free cuisine, inclusive of 4 main meals throughout your stay.

We’ll provide you with a welcome pack approximately 4 weeks out from the Retreat with all the other information you need for your stay.
You are not obliged to participate in all activities, however for maximum benefits, we do recommend partaking in the whole program. You will be able to speak with us throughout to ensure you feel most comfortable.

Yes- we highly recommend that you have a policy that covers you for Retreats.
As we commit to our venue and service providers well in advance, all payments and deposits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise provided for under applicable Consumer Protection legislation. Accordingly, no amount shall be refunded to you upon your cancellation of registration of the Retreat.
Notwithstanding the above, in the Event that you wish to cancel your registration, you will have the opportunity to transfer you registration in respect of a Retreat to a third party provided that such transfer is made by you to the third party at a date that is no less than 14 days from the scheduled Retreat date.
Where a force majeure event gives rise to a failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. In the event a force majeure event renders the Retreat inoperable or unable to occur, Reignite will firstly look to re-schedule the Retreat to a further suitable date and location or, if there is no such alternative refund to you 30% of the purchase paid for registration for that particular Retreat, subject to Consumer protection legislation. This 30% refund takes into consideration that Reignite commits to its operation well in advance for any venues, service providers, facilitators and staff which are necessary components for the running of each Retreat.
