We are so excited to offer our very first Retreat for Adults and Kids to come together, reconnect and enjoy a day of fun, laughter and relaxation!
Life happens so fast… and it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of life.
As parents we’re often running on empty because we’re giving more to our families than to ourselves, however there’s only so much we can give before it can lead to overwhelm and burnout.
Isn’t it time that we take a deep breath and connect in to what is most important whilst having our families nearby?
Well, what if we could provide you a place and a space for you to simply unwind, de-stress and just be, knowing that your kids are being taken care of and having a good time….?

We are excited to announce and invite you to our very first REIGNITE FAMILY RETREAT, designed for adults and kids to enjoy specific activities designed to help all to Renew their energy and Nourish with great food and connection.
The adults and kids 14+ will experience:
1. Welcome Ceremony
2. Yoga, Breathe and Meditation Immersion
4. Wholefood Plant-based Lunch
5. Mindfulness + Sound Activation
6. Rebirthing Breathwork session
7. Beach Walk
Supported with a qualified Childcare professional, kids 2-14 will experience:
1. Drumming Circle
2. Craft and mindfulness based activities
3. Music & Movement
4. Kids Yoga
And so much more (Kids will be given activities based on age and support of our childcare team)
We will be holding this Retreat in the surroundings of Noosa’s amazing bushland, we will serve you with a scrumptious Organic Plant Based Menu and provide you the opportunity to be surrounded by new friends… people who are just like you…
We hand select leading facilitators in each area of expertise so we’re confident you’ll love each and every one of your modalities on the day.

WELCOME CEREMONY
As you arrive, you will be greeted by your Reignite Hosts who will prepare you for the day ahead. You will have the opportunity for your kids to meet our friendly professionals who will provide an amazing day of creative and mindfulness based practice and you will have the opportunity to take some time to connect with your fellow attendees and immerse yourself into the energy of the Retreat before we embark on a journey into self renewal and self care.
YOGA, BREATH and MEDITATION IMMERSION
Your Yoga session is a 75 minute fusion of Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation interwoven with the energy and needs of the group on the day. You will be taken on a powerful journey to let go of any stresses throughout your body, drawing attention to your energy flow and bringing your mind, body and soul into alignment and ease.
REBIRTHING BREATHWORK
Your Rebirthing Breathwork session is a journey into higher states of awareness. This session allows you to focus on the simple power of your breath whilst moving life energy throughout your body. Rebirthing Breathwork can be a powerful modality to let go of what is no longer serving, and making room for the new.
MINDFULNESS ACTIVATION
Your Mindfulness Activation utilises the power of sound, meditation and vision to set you on a journey into deep relaxation and clarity.
SOUND HEALING
Sound has a magnificent ability to heal, relax and renew.
Your sound healing experience will provide you the opportunity to take some time to simply be. With a local sound healer providing you a space and a place to rest your mind, body and soul, you will experience pure and utter bliss.
BEACH WALK
After a complete renewal experience, there is nothing better than to breathe in the salty air, feel the wind on your skin and to move with like minded people, to share of your experiences of the day and to set your intentions for your journey back at home.

Our menu is a 100% Plant Based (Vegan) and Gluten Free cuisine, inclusive of 4 main meals throughout your stay.

We’ll provide you with a welcome pack approximately 4 weeks out from the Retreat with all the other information you need for your stay.
You are not obliged to participate in all activities, however for maximum benefits, we do recommend partaking in the whole program. You will be able to speak with us throughout to ensure you feel most comfortable.

Yes- we highly recommend that you have a policy that covers you for Retreats.
As we commit to our venue and service providers well in advance, all payments and deposits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise provided for under applicable Consumer Protection legislation. Accordingly, no amount shall be refunded to you upon your cancellation of registration of the Retreat.
Notwithstanding the above, in the Event that you wish to cancel your registration, you will have the opportunity to transfer you registration in respect of a Retreat to a third party provided that such transfer is made by you to the third party at a date that is no less than 14 days from the scheduled Retreat date.
Where a force majeure event gives rise to a failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. In the event a force majeure event renders the Retreat inoperable or unable to occur, Reignite will firstly look to re-schedule the Retreat to a further suitable date and location or, if there is no such alternative refund to you 30% of the purchase paid for registration for that particular Retreat, subject to Consumer protection legislation. This 30% refund takes into consideration that Reignite commits to its operation well in advance for any venues, service providers, facilitators and staff which are necessary components for the running of each Retreat.
