Rebirthing Breathwork is an intentional conscious connected form of breathwork that supports deep relaxation and an expanded state of consciousness.
Our goal throughout this 3 hour event is to provide you a safe space to bring awareness to your breath, whilst providing you the opportunity to feel supported, safe and have the ability to move energy & emotions.
Whilst many styles of Breathwork can be used as powerful and expansive healing modalities, the overall popularity has also meant that there are many large events occurring often with minimal support. What makes Breathe by Reignite™ most unique is that we keep these sessions smaller in size whilst providing unparalleled support from our team so that you feel nurtured from the start to completion of the evening.
Following your Rebirthing Breathwork session, we then invite you to connect with our community over a nourishing plant-based curry which will be provided to you.

Meet your Host of Breathe by Reignite
James Yates is a Human Potential Thought Leader, Speaker, Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator and Entrepreneur.
He specialises in human optimisation & conscious entrepreneurship and has worked extensively with a wide range of high achieving individuals and corporations to improve and amplify both their personal and professional performance.
Calling on a wide range of practical tools, techniques and systems that he has developed and utilised over a 21+ year career, his high impact events, programs, products and retreats are all built on real life experiences that he has tried and tested personally with great effect.
James has spoken at hundreds of events across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the US, sharing his insights and wisdom with a unique, impactful and thought provocative style.
James has facilitated Rebirthing Breathwork to hundreds of people across the world and has trained with Rebirthing Breathwork teacher trainer and sound healer, Suntara.

FAQ's
To ensure a safe space for all, participants must be at least 18 years of age.
To ensure your safety during a Rebirthing Breathwork session, if you have any medical conditions, we require you to be cleared by your health-care practitioner before participating.
Please ensure you contact us on 1300 804 875 prior to attending if you have any heart, lung or mental condition.
As we commit to our venue and service providers well in advance, all payments and deposits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise provided for under applicable Consumer Protection legislation. Accordingly, no amount shall be refunded to you upon your cancellation of registration of the Retreat.
Notwithstanding the above, in the Event that you wish to cancel your registration, you will have the opportunity to transfer you registration in respect of a Breathwork session to a third party provided that such transfer is made by you to the third party at a date that is no less than 3 days from the scheduled event date.
